Concerned about the problem of disposable plastic waste, a group of residents, with the cooperation of Greenpeace Japan, held an awareness-raising parade on Saturday, October 30, in the area of the north exit of Nishiogikubo Station in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. They marched through the shopping street with a plastic monster made of disposable plastic products, and submitted a request to a supermarket (SEIYU) in front of Nishiogikubo Station to reduce plastic waste and break away from the disposable society.
