Green4Sure, The Green Energy Plan, explains how the climate goals can be accomplished against the lowest costs. Green4Sure is not without obligations: all polluters must pay and reduction of CO2 emission will be rewarded. The Climate Law is the core of the plan. This law assigns how much CO2 may be emissioned in The Netherlands yearly. The aim is 30% reduction of the emission of greenhouse gases. They ask Minister Cramer of Environment to adopt some instruments from Green4Sure in the government policy as soon as possible.
