Private security guardhouse for the Cachoeira do Estrondo Condominium, near the Cachoeira community. The traditional community of "Geraizeiros" claims to be the rightful owner of a large portion of the farm area. On February 12th, 2019, a judge granted the community rights to collective land tenure and maintenance to 43,000 hectares of the farm – which has not been fulfilled by the company. There are reports of armed guards threatening the communities and several cases of violence, including threats, cattle raiding and material goods theft.
