Protected Bike Lane Action in Stuttgart
For the nationwide family bicycle demonstration "Kidical Mass", Greenpeace activists are now also setting up protected cycle paths in Stuttgart. On one lane of the two/three lane B14/Konrad-Adeneauer-Allee, they protect cycling families from car traffic with a human chain. Their message "Cities for people, not for cars" refers to a study published by Greenpeace on Wednesday (https://act.gp/32vC1jK). The independent environmental protection organization calculates the possible redistribution of road space in 30 German cities in favor of bicycle traffic.
