Greenpeace activists protest in the German township of Proschim that is under threat of being destroyed in favor of lignite mining. The environmental activists demonstrate with a symbolic red line under the motto "Protect the Climate- Stop Coal!", against coal excavators and follow up by opening an outdoor exhibition showing photographs of the destruction caused by coal mining. The exhibition images are attached to five newly planted trees on the property. The event is wrapped up by planting bulbs in the form of a giant "X", that will bloom in spring.

Greenpeace Aktivisten protestieren gegen Kohle-Abbau in Proschim in der Lausitz, einer von Kohlelagern bedrohten Ortschaft. Die Umweltaktivisten demonstrieren mit einem symbolischen Rote Linie unter dem Motto "Klima schuetzen - Kohle stoppen!". Zusaetzlich eröffnet Greenpeace eine Foto-Ausstellung eroeffnet, die die Umweltschaeden durch den Abbau und die Verfeuerung von Braunkohle zeigt, auf dem Greenpeace Grundstueck. Anschliessend pflanzen die Umweltschuetzer Blumenzwiebeln in Form eines großen "X", die in Fruehjahr bluehen werden.
