Greenpeace activists protest atop a cooling tower at the lignite-fired RWE power station Neurath in Germany. They have painted a 22-metre large "X" on the 100-metre tall cooling tower and rigged a banner underneath that reads "Shutdown".

The action protests the delay of the German coal exit by the minister of the economy Peter Altmaier.

Greenpeace Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten demonstrieren auf einem Kuehlturm des RWE Kraftwerks Neurath. Mit roter Farbe haben sie ein 22 Meter grosses "X" auf den 100 Meter hohen Kuehlturm gemalt und darunter ein "Abschalten" Banner gehaengt.

Der Protest richtet sich gegen ein weiteres Verzoegern des Kohleausstiegs durch Wirtschaftsminister Peter Altmaier.
