Protest at Spanish Congress against New 'Gag Law'
Greenpeace activists have deployed a banner above the Spanish Parliament with the slogan “La protesta es un derecho” (“Protest is a right”) in order to show rejection against the reforms of the Criminal Code (Código Penal) and the Citizen's Security Act (Ley de Seguridad Ciudadana), which are coming to effect on 1st July 2015.
