Greenpeace Japan has been conducting continuous radiation surveys in Fukushima Prefecture right after the accident, and in November 2020, we conducted our 32nd survey in Iitate and Namie. A decade of Greenpeace Japan radiation survey consistently found that most of the Special Decontamination Area (SDA), where the government is responsible for decontamination, remains contaminated with radioactive caesium.Mr. Anzai’s house is located in the south-east of Iitate, 35 km from the nuclear power plant.
