Seven year old Rahul Sarkar, sits on a dead tree stump near his home on Vijaynar Island. Rahul's island home is under severe threat by rising sea levels that have already forced Rahul's family to move 3 times since he was born.

The Rainbow Warrior is currently docked at the Sundarbans river delta region, an area which is particularly ecologically sensitive. The crew plant mangroves with the local people. These will help to protect the coast from erosion and will also provide nutrients for fish and capture carbon in their environment.
