Greenpeace took samples at the Kaltex discharge pipe and found evidence of the presence of toxic chemicals into the water such as phthalates and TMDD. The most critical cases arethe Atoyac (between Puebla and Tlaxcala) and the Santiago (between Jalisco and Nayarit). However, this is a problem present in the whole country.
