More than 30 Greenpeace activists carry out an action and successfully deliver a message to oppose planned upgrades to the coal-fired Shenao Power Plant. The activists climbed a bridge where they hung banners and stayed for almost 4 hours.
With this action Greenpeace calls on the candidates for the upcoming New Taipei mayor election to say no to climate and health damaging coal-fired power plants and invest instead in renewable energy for the future of Taiwan.
