Solar Installation in Mantatao Island, Bohol Province

A Greenpeace activist and a representative from the local community install solar panels on the roof of the community health center of Brgy, Mantatao, Bohol. The community didn’t have electricity for 5 months, after being hit by super typhoon Odette last December 2021. Greenpeace Philippines, in partnership with CORA Philippines, Youth Lead Philippines, and Youth for Climate Hope handed over the 4.8KW solar panel setup, with a load capacity of 12,000 watts. The solar panels are installed in the Brgy Hall and Health Center in Mantatao Island.
