This unique combination was invented in Japan. This is fundamentally to re-cultivate unused fields, which helps to protect domestic farming, additionally to expand clean energy in Japan. These solar panels are in particularly Nishitani area of Takarazuka City where population has been decreasing and unused fields have been increasing. Together with municipal office of Takarazuka and citizen owned Takarazuka Sumire Energy company, this new solar generation sites help to save local area from shrinking by having new farmers, and securing their income by selling electricity. Under the panels, they produce organic crops. They regularly hold a farming experience session to young students in town in order to encourage organic farming as well as renewable energy.
