Solidarity “IAmazonia” Sign in Amsterdam
One of Europe's most photographed tourist attractions, the giant 'Iamsterdam' letters which previously stood in front of the Dutch capital's world-famous Rijksmuseum, is brought back by Greenpeace Netherlands as 'Iamazonia'.
The 22m x 3 m high replica sign aims to draw attention to another landmark vital to our survival which is disappearing in front of our eyes: the Amazon rainforest.

Solidarity “IAmazonia” Sign in Amsterdam
It’s only when something is gone that we realise how much we miss it.
On the quayside of our ship the Rainbow Warrior, we have placed the letters Iamazonia in solidarity with the Amazon rainforest and the people calling it home. We cannot afford to lose the Amazon, which is crucial to keep the world's climate stable. Show your solidarity and share this post! #Actforamazonia #Iamazonia
