Auch in der Schweiz, hier vor dem Bundeshaus in Bern, setzten am Samstag Nachmittag Greenpeace-Freiwillige und Sympathisanten ein friedliches Zeichen für mehr Mitbestimmung und Umweltschutz in der Türkei. Greenpeace condemns the brutal police clampdown on the peaceful Gezi Park protest. What started as a simple peaceful protest against the destruction of an iconic, and historic, park has grown into a wider struggle for Turkish democracy. A question of whether the country puts people and natural environment before commerce and profit.
