The Climate Change Action Network organized an action at the steps of the U.S. Capitol, protesting a proposed Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) export facility on the Chesapeake Bay. The march ended at The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), who controls the decision of the facility.
