Sun-Shaped Human Banner with Children in Salamina
After two years of working with the Environmental Group of Salamis, together we have created a network of 26 schools of the island, and we all ask from the Municipality of Salamina to turn to solar power for the production of energy. Students, teachers and locals want to have solar panels installed on the roofs of the schools, in order to cover the Municipality's need for energy and at the same time help vulnerable households cover their energy needs. In the High School of Ambelakia, in Salamina, Greece, we came together and created a huge sun with 200 students! Greek banner reads "We want schools of the sun".
