Sustainable Seafood Event with Influencers in Japan

Greenpeace Japan hosted Sustainable Seafood Event collaborating with two Influencers (People Tree Ambassador/Head of Ethical Committee and Seafood Sustainability Expert) at Boulangerie in Tokyo, July 2017.
The event was to raise awareness of sustainable seafood and why it matters to our lifestyle.  Sustainably caught salmon from Alaska was served to the participants as an example of sustainable seafood.

国際環境NGOグリーンピース・ジャパンは、2017年7月、表参道にある天然酵母にこだわった美味しいパン屋パンオスリールとコラボし、サステナブルにとられたサーモンを使ったパンをいただきながら、サステナブル・シーフードを専門にしている村上さん、エシカル協会理事の末吉さんをゲストに招き、グリーンピース・ジャパン海洋生態系担当とで展開するトークイベントを開催しました。
生態系を守るために厳しい基準にしたがってとられた、アラスカ産のサーモンを使用しています。
