The Tambling Wildlife Nature Conservation area is part of the South Bukit Barisan National Park. The forest is located on the southern tip of Sumatra Island and it is a remote area where no public transportation is available.

Wildlife in Tambling Wildlife Nature Conservation

Tambling Wildlife Nature Conservation is located on the southern tip of Sumatra Island in Indonesia and covers 45,000 hectares of forest which is part of 365,000 hectares South Bukit Barisan National Park or SBBNP (according to the cooperation agreement between Ministry of Forestry and TWNC) and 14.082 hectares of sea marine reserve. The shoot includes images of endangered species like the Sumatran tiger, wild siamangs, wild sambar deer, water buffaloes, Asian Pied Hornbill and a Wallace's Hawk-Eagle.
