They expose pirate fishing in the Baltic and highlight the threat to marine life species such as cod, which is being fished close to or beyond safe biological limits. In order to protect this area marine reserves need to be implemented. Greenpeace also stage an action against the cargo vessel Probo Koala. On 19th August this year the Probo Koala unloaded a toxic waste shipment in the West African town of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
