Tiger's Eye Tour in Indonesia

Greenpeace activists witness the beauty of the forests inside Tesso Nilo National Park. However the pristine peatland forest environment is threatened by irresponsible expansion of oil palm plantations. Greenpeace's 'Tiger's Eye Tour' was launched to bear witness to the real condition of Indonesia's forests. Greenpeace is urging the government to review existing concessions and protect peatland and urges industries to implement a zero deforestation policy in their operations.

Greenpeace's 'Tiger's Eye Tour' kick-off in Pekanbaru, Riau. The tiger tour aims to bear witness to the real condition of Indonesia's forests, and ultimately to save the tiger's habitat. Greenpeace launched its 'Tiger's Eye' campaign in Jakarta, urging the government to review existing concessions and protect peatland.
