The photographer has granted Greenpeace non-exclusive rights in perpetuity. The contract grants permission for all the usual internal use (including fundraising). External distribution is more restrictive: Greenpeace is allowed to give to third parties BUT only in the context of the work and/or mission of Greenpeace. All external usage by press or other organisations must be related to the Greenpeace campaign, making specific and explicit reference to Greenpeace.
