Environment activists and farmers plant rice in paddy fields in a polluted farm in Nyalindung Village, Rancaekek, Bandung regency, West Java. The coalition of activists from Greenpeace, Walhi and Pawapeling is holding the activity to urge the Sumedang Regent to freeze the wastewater disposal permit (IPLC) from three textile factories that are polluting the Cikijing river. The coalition has filed a lawsuit to the Bandung administrative court against Sumedang Regent for releasing the wastewater disposal permit for those factories.
