Toxics: Greenpeace safety inspection of Dow Chemical's Texas Facility

Railroad tank cars carrying Ethylene Oxide, labeled "Inhalation Hazard" is parked near the Oyster Creek plant at Dow's Texas Operations facility in Freeport. The facility is Dow's largest integrated site. Greenpeace issued a "failed inspection" report to Dow Chemical Company for failing to fully secure the plant and its toxic chemicals against terrorists or catastrophic accidents.
