Transit Action at the "Goldenes Dachl" in Innsbruck
Underneath the "Goldenes Dachl" (one of the biggest sights of Innsbruck) activists protest against the alpine transit on the Brenner highway via Tyrol. Austria has signed a transit treaty with the EU in the context of their joining the EU. The treaty defines how much traffic/transit is allowed in the next 10 years until 2004. But people want to know what will happen after 2004. Activists hold up a banner asking: "2004 - und was dann? Stop Transit" translated to English: "2004 - and then? Stop Transit".

Transit Aktion beim Goldenen Dachl in Innsbruck
