At Greenpeace headquarters, we welcomed three of our chefs from Greenpeace ships, a registered dietician and trainers from Humane Society International's Forward Food Campaign. The chefs were following a workshop led by the Forward Food campaign to share and build knowledge around cooking plant-based foods. The workshop aims to support our chefs in creating even more delicious and nutritious plant-based meals onboard our ships.
