Greenpeace staff and volunteers enjoy a range of plant-based food for lunch during World Meat Free Week in the office canteen at Greenpeace International in Amsterdam.
On the menu:
Heirloom tomato and yellow pepper bruschetta with charred sour dough, almond and basil pesto and a balsamic reduction. Satay tofu burger with pickles, cashew mayo, apple, cabbage and carrot slaw and lettuce. Roast pumpkin and brown rice salad with pomegranate, chargrilled runner beans and courgette, baby spinach and toasted almonds with a dill and lemon dressing. Pesto gnocchi with broccoli and sweet peas.
