Xiaoshan Linjiang WWTP

A sign outside the Xiaoshan Linjiang waste water treatment plant, located within the Linjiang industrial zone. A black swirl of wastewater originating from this plant is being discharged along the bank of the Qiantang River. Effluent from the Linjiang WWTP contains various toxic chemicals including carcinogens.
