Yushin Maru No.2 harpooning a whale - Southern Ocean
The Yushin Maru No.2 catcher ship of the Japanese whaling fleet misses twice with its harpoon when trying to kill a whale, but injures it badly. They then search for the whale, aided by the Kyo Maru No.1 catcher ship, and finally find and kill the whale. Greenpeace is using every peaceful means available to bring the hunt to an early end and make it the last time the Sanctuary is breached by the whalers.
