Greenpeace has submitted charges today at the Stuttgart public prosecutor against the environment minister of Baden-Wuerttemberg Tanja Gönner (CDU) and responsible staff of her ministry for the suspicion of suppression of documents, falsification of documents and perversion of justice. The independent environmental organisation accuses Gönner of holding back administrative documents about the safety of nuclear power plants despite judicial request.
