Fukushima Radiation Monitoring 2014 - Clipreel
In October 2014 Greenpeace radiation experts visit the area of Fukushima prefecture for a check-up on the radiation within this area. The team measures in Fukushima City, Watari, Kawauchi, Miyakoji Village and Iitate Village. Finally they drive down the North-South National Route 6, which has recently been opened to traffic passing a deserted area of evacuated houses, gas stations, restaurants , industrial buildings and also the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. The radiation measurement is part of a long term monitoring of the nuclear catastrophe Greenpeace has been carrying out since May 2011.
