The long-awaited parliamentary debate on the investment strategies of Luxembourg’s sovereign funds is taking place to discuss the climate-damaging investments of the sovereign pension fund, the Fonds de Compensation (FDC). Greenpeace Luxembourg activists hold a mosaic showing people acting as dinosaurs to represent the hundreds of citizens who recently wrote a letter to the members of Parliament to demand an investment strategy that ends the financing of fossil fuels through public money, their money.
