Protest with Carnival Float in Keyenberg
With a carnival float, Greenpeace activists protest on Rose Monday 2021 in Keyenberg against the lignite plans of NRW Prime Minister and CDU leader Armin Laschet. On the float of the well-known Rhineland float builder Jaques Tilly, Laschet can be seen wearing a carnival hat as the driver of a bucket-wheel excavator demolishing a church. The carnival hat reads "Trotz Corona - Jeck wie eh und Jeh", on. On the float is the slogan: "CDU: Heimat zerstört, Kohle Alaaf!".
