Greenpeace Canada and citizen groups rise banners in 6 major cities across Québec - in Montreal, Trois-Rivières, Shawinigan, Chicoutimi, Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda - some of which will be impacted by the project itself- in opposition to the mega gas liquefaction project called GNL Québec.' The government is expected to give an answer about the project's development by end of March based on recommendations from Québec's environmental regulatory body - the BAPE.
