Israel's government intends to open new sites for drilling and exploration of fossil gas designated for export.
Greenpeace Israel has commissioned an independent study into the economics of the gas industry, which revealed not only massive public investment to the gas industry but also that the country will only receive a fraction of the revenue that the government is promising the country will obtain from taxing the gas companies.
