In this drone image, workers clean oil from Cavero Beach in the Ventanilla district of Callao in Peru. A tanker unloading crude oil at the Repsol operated La Pampilla refinery was hit by a strong wave following the volcanic eruption in Tonga. The ship lost approximately 11,900 barrel oil just off the coast of Lima. The Peruvian government declared an environmental emergency after announcing that 21 beaches on the Pacific Coast were contaminated by the oil spill.
