DustBoy Air-Monitoring Installation in Schools in Bangkok, Thailand
The NRCT AQIC application shows the air quality which is measured by the air monitoring device or Dustboy.
The Climate Change Data Center (CCDC) of Chiang Mai University and Greenpeace Thailand install the air-monitoring device at Nak Prok Temple School in Bangkok to measure the air quality in the school area.
The air-quality-monitoring installation is a part of "Right to Clean Air" activity which aims to monitor air quality in 8 areas around Bangkok. The device is set up in 8 schools to provide real-time data to students and school staff.
Greenpeace Thailand also provides information on health impacts from PM2.5 to school students and staff so that they will understand more about the air pollution problems and learn how to protect themselves from the impacts of PM2.5.
