The Greenpeace "Schools for Earth" team visits the Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Karlsruhe together with Lothar Einmann from the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research Heidelberg (ifeu).
The school community of the Ernst-Reuter-Schule has set out on the path towards climate neutrality and sustainability with the Greenpeace "Schools for Earth" project and determined the school's climate footprint with the CO2 school calculator.
During a joint climate check tour of the school building, the students of the Ernst-Reuter-Schule, with the support of experts from ifeu and Greenpeace, identified the school's climate hotspots and planned climate protection measures to reduce the school's carbon footprint.
