Young Greenpeace Activists Demonstrate for Climate Vote in Berlin
Young Greenpeace activists protest in front of the Reichstag in Berlin for a consistent climate policy and adherence to the 1.5°C limit. They are writing "Parents vote for their children" on the ground with spray chalk. With a 6 x 30 m lettering made of individual fabric letters, they place the words "climate" "#vote 4 me" and an oversized election cross on the Reichstag lawn. In doing so, they call on older voters in particular to consider the wishes and needs of the younger generation for better climate protection when voting.

Für eine konsequente Klimapolitik und das Einhalten der 1,5°C Grenze protestieren junge Greenpeace Aktive in Berlin vor dem Reichstag. Auf dem Boden schreiben sie mit Sprühkreide “Eltern wählen für Ihre Kinder“. Mit einem 6 x 30 m großen Schriftzug aus einzelnen Stoffbuchstaben legen sie die Worte „Klima“ „#vote 4 me“ und ein überdimensioniertes Wahlkreuz auf die Reichstagswiese. Damit fordern sie gerade ältere Wähler:innen auf, die Wünsche und Nöte der jungen Generation für besseren Klimaschutz bei der Wahl zu bedenken.
