David Ritter, the CEO of Greenpeace Australia Pacific; Rebecca Gilsenan, Principal Lawyer at Maurice Blackburn; Glenn Walker, Greenpeace senior campaigner; and Katrina Bullock, Greenpeace General Counsel speak at a press conference outside a Federal Court hearing in Sydney, Australia.
AGL, Australia’s largest energy company, has taken Greenpeace Australia to court over the use of the AGL logo in a Greenpeace campaign exposing AGL as Australia’s biggest climate polluter.

Over 20 Greenpeace activists hold an action behind the press conference. They stand with their mouths taped shut and hold signs defending Greenpeace’s right to freedom of expression.
