A three year old boy lies on a stretcher at a help center for flood victims. He is suffering from acute diarrhea as a result of the dirty water caused by flooding.

Greenpeace warned that intensifying climate impacts coupled with unsustainable development could bear heavy economic costs, damage agriculture and pollute water sources in Southeast Asia.
