Tatsuko Okawara (59), an organic farmer, and her husband Shin chat at their organic and fair trade shop in Miharu Town. She opened her shop named "Esperi" (meaning 'hope' in Esperanto) in 2013 and sells mainly organic vegetables, rice and other food produced by local farmers.
