An inflatable paddlewheel is set up during a protest of Greenpeace activists against planned open pit-mining in Lusatia. The activists confront members of the Left Party in Brandenburg (Die Linke) during their Sommerfest. As a coalition partner of the ruling social democrats (SPD) in Brandenburg, the Left Party supports brown coal production despite its national political program promising to end it.

Die Greenpeace Aktivisten kritisieren, dass die Linken als Koalitionspartner der SPD in Brandenburg, nichts gegen die Kohlekraftwerke in der Region tut obgleich dies in ihrem Parteiprogramm angekuendigt wurde. Aufgebaut wurde ein aufblasbares Schaufelrad.
