'Fish Fairly' Global Week of Action in Thailand
Sompong Pannoi, a local fisherman from Khankradai village, holds a placard reading: “Overfishing Affects Me Too” to show the community’s concerns regarding overfishing issue. Kankradai village has been faced with the destructive fishing done by commercial fishing fleets. This results in the reduction of fish stock and the need for fishermen to spend more time and money at sea in search of fish to catch.
