Sombat Saikongkam, the owner and chef of ‘Sun Tori’
Japanese restaurant, holds a placard with message “Fish Fairly” to show his support for sustainable fisheries. He only uses fish from small scale fishing and pole and line fishing. Every week, he drives 800 kilometers to Chonburi province to source seafood for his restaurant.
