Nuclear Action Congress Building in Brazil
Greenpeace protests against the construction of a new nuclear power plant in Brazil on top of the Brazilian Congress Building. The activists are trying to open up a banner over the Senate's cupola to protest against a new power plant in Angra dos Reis, State of Rio de Janeiro. Fifteen activists, including energy campaigner Sergio Dialetachi, were arrested. Here the police is arresting the activists that are trying to open up the banner.
