One of the many homes and gardens in Devecser heavily hit by the toxic sludge flood which in some locations reached the height of 2 meters. The toxic spill, caused by the rupture of a red sludge reservoir at an alumina plant in western Hungary, killed 9 people and caused over 120 injuries.
