Greenpeace activists in an inflatable boat on the Delaware River inspect the Dupont chemical facility at Penns Grove for visible signs of unprotected liquid chlorine. In a chemical security inspection tour in the Tri-State area, Greenpeace found that plants failed inspection for putting millions of people at risk due to their use and storage of bulk quantities of chlorine gas.
