Members of the public join Greenpeace in a rally to demand that the Hong Kong SAR government immediately stop the plan of nuclear expansion by 2020. The supporters marched from the Charter Garden in Central to the Central Government Offices. The participants demand the Environmental Bureau to openly put a stop to the nuclear expansion plan as well as setting up an independent monitoring panel to keep an eye on the safety and management of the Daya Bay nuclear plant.
