Nuclear campaigner Thomas Breuer monitors radiation levels outside the city of Fukushima, 60km from the stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. Greenpeace is working in the area to monitor radioactive contamination of food and soil to estimate the health and safety risks for the local population.
